Ember & Olive dining room glowing at dusk

A generous kind of cooking

Fire, farms and a table worth lingering over.

Ember & Olive began with a simple idea: buy from people we trust, cook with the seasons, and make everyone who walks in feel looked after.

The wood oven is our centre of gravity. It brings smoke, blister and sweetness to whatever the valley gives us next.
