Terms of service

How WPShip, a Divi Ventures, LLC company, works with customers.

Project agreements

Each paid project is governed by an accepted proposal, statement of work, or checkout description defining scope, deliverables, timing, revisions, payment schedule, and support. Project-specific terms take priority where they conflict with this page.

The $999 offer

The advertised $999 price is the fixed price for the described standard website build. Custom integrations, paid third-party services, complex data migration, extensive content production, and work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, authorized content and assets, and access needed for delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to materials they provide.

AI-assisted work

AI may assist with planning, content, code, and operations. Material changes are subject to review and approval workflows. Customers should review generated content for accuracy and suitability before publication.

Credits and subscriptions

Assistant credits are consumed when a task starts at the rates shown on the pricing page. If the service fails to produce a result, those task credits are refunded automatically. Completed results remain chargeable whether approved, revised outside the Assistant, or discarded; approval itself has no extra charge. Monthly plan credits roll over up to twice the monthly allowance; top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits are non-transferable. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Payments and third parties

Payment schedules, refunds, and cancellation rules are stated in the applicable project agreement. Domains, hosting, premium plugins, payment processors, and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms.

Company

WPShip is operated by Divi Ventures, LLC. These preliminary terms require review by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch and are not a substitute for a signed project agreement.
